Across TCGA cell cohorts, TCF3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,898 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TCF3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cytoplasm protein quality control by the ubiquitin-proteasome system, Regulation of protein localization to chromatin, and Cytoplasm protein quality control. Each is linked with TCF3 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TCF3-to-partner and partner-to-TCF3 results are reported.
