TCF23

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TCF23 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,783 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TCF23-associated proteins across cancer lineages are C7, NID2, and C1R. Each is linked with TCF23 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TCF23-to-partner and partner-to-TCF23 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TCF23 versus C7 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.26.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TCF23→partner) and Y-score (partner→TCF23) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
