Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TCF23 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TCF23-associated genes across cancer lineages are MCF2L, PUDP, and SLC19A3. Each is linked with TCF23 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TCF23-to-partner and partner-to-TCF23 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TCF23 versus MCF2L in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.96.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TCF23→partner) and Y-score (partner→TCF23) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
