TCF23

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TCF23 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 196 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TCF23-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPL37P18, OR5M5P, and RN7SL863P. Each is linked with TCF23 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TCF23-to-partner and partner-to-TCF23 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RPL37P18 grouped by TCF23-low versus TCF23-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TCF23→partner) and Y-score (partner→TCF23) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
