Across TCGA patient cohorts, TCF23 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 3 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TCF23-associated genes across cancer lineages are FoxM1, Smad3, and FOXO3a. Each is linked with TCF23 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TCF23-to-partner and partner-to-TCF23 results are reported.
