TCF20

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TCF20 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,866 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TCF20-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CCDC134, PHF14, and XRCC6. Each is linked with TCF20 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TCF20-to-partner and partner-to-TCF20 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TCF20 versus CCDC134 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TCF20→partner) and Y-score (partner→TCF20) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
