TCF20

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TCF20 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,697 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TCF20-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZNF367, EXO1, and GLRX2. Each is linked with TCF20 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TCF20-to-partner and partner-to-TCF20 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ZNF367 grouped by TCF20-low versus TCF20-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TCF20→partner) and Y-score (partner→TCF20) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
