TCF20

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TCF20 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 706 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TCF20-associated genes across cancer lineages are PPP1R3A, GAGE12F, and GNPNAT1. Each is linked with TCF20 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TCF20-to-partner and partner-to-TCF20 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PPP1R3A grouped by TCF20-low versus TCF20-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TCF20→partner) and Y-score (partner→TCF20) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
