The strongest signal is observed in stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD), where higher TCF19 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TCF19 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
STAD, SARC, and PRAD are the cancer types where TCF19 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
