TCF19

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TCF19 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 69 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TCF19-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR56A1, RNU6-686P, and MTATP6P29. Each is linked with TCF19 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TCF19-to-partner and partner-to-TCF19 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR56A1 grouped by TCF19-low versus TCF19-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TCF19→partner) and Y-score (partner→TCF19) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
