TCF19

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TCF19 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,310 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TCF19-associated genes across cancer lineages are KIFC1, CCHCR1, and NRM. Each is linked with TCF19 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TCF19-to-partner and partner-to-TCF19 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TCF19 versus KIFC1 in BLOOD_Myeloma, with a Pearson correlation of 0.81.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TCF19→partner) and Y-score (partner→TCF19) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
