TCERG1L

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TCERG1L mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,765 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TCERG1L-associated genes across cancer lineages are FBXO7, TRMU, and ERI1. Each is linked with TCERG1L in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TCERG1L-to-partner and partner-to-TCERG1L results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FBXO7 grouped by TCERG1L-low versus TCERG1L-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TCERG1L→partner) and Y-score (partner→TCERG1L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
