Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TCERG1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated TCERG1 data layer compared with 28 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in small cell lung cancer (SCLC), where higher TCERG1 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TCERG1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
SCLC, PRAD, and UCEC are the cancer types where TCERG1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
