TCERG1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TCERG1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,879 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TCERG1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are GEMIN5, LIG1, and MAD2L1. Each is linked with TCERG1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TCERG1-to-partner and partner-to-TCERG1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TCERG1 versus GEMIN5 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TCERG1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TCERG1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
