Across TCGA patient cohorts, TCERG1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 32,755 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TCERG1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TPR, U2AF2, and UBAP2L. Each is linked with TCERG1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TCERG1-to-partner and partner-to-TCERG1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TCERG1 versus TPR in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.87.
