Across TCGA patient cohorts, TCERG1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 55 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TCERG1-associated genes across cancer lineages are FoxM1, PCNA, and Cyclin-E2. Each is linked with TCERG1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TCERG1-to-partner and partner-to-TCERG1 results are reported.
