Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TCEANC2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 888 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TCEANC2-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRAJ35, MIR340, and MIR98. Each is linked with TCEANC2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TCEANC2-to-partner and partner-to-TCEANC2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TRAJ35 grouped by TCEANC2-low versus TCEANC2-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TCEANC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TCEANC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
