The most reproducible TCEANC2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of organelle assembly, DNA biosynthetic process, and Centrosome cycle. Each is linked with TCEANC2 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TCEANC2-to-partner and partner-to-TCEANC2 results are reported.
