Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TCEANC RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,045 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TCEANC-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TPI1_S80, UBA1, and IPO4. Each is linked with TCEANC in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TCEANC-to-partner and partner-to-TCEANC results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TCEANC versus TPI1_S80 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.42.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TCEANC→partner) and Y-score (partner→TCEANC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
