TCEANC

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TCEANC protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 24 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TCEANC-associated genes across cancer lineages are LIN28A, TNFRSF14, and SNHG11. Each is linked with TCEANC in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TCEANC-to-partner and partner-to-TCEANC results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TCEANC versus LIN28A in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.77.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TCEANC→partner) and Y-score (partner→TCEANC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
