TCEAL8

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TCEAL8 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 550 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TCEAL8-associated genes across cancer lineages are C5orf46, VWA1, and CCDC43. Each is linked with TCEAL8 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TCEAL8-to-partner and partner-to-TCEAL8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, C5orf46 grouped by TCEAL8-low versus TCEAL8-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TCEAL8→partner) and Y-score (partner→TCEAL8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
