TCEAL7

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TCEAL7 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,248 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TCEAL7-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CTIF, AKAP12_T1116, and ARHGEF17. Each is linked with TCEAL7 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TCEAL7-to-partner and partner-to-TCEAL7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TCEAL7 versus CTIF in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.54.

protein abundance associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TCEAL7→partner) and Y-score (partner→TCEAL7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
