TCEAL7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TCEAL7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 867 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TCEAL7-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP413, RNA5SP422, and COX5A. Each is linked with TCEAL7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TCEAL7-to-partner and partner-to-TCEAL7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP413 grouped by TCEAL7-low versus TCEAL7-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TCEAL7→partner) and Y-score (partner→TCEAL7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
