The most reproducible TCEAL6-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of protein localization to mitochondrion, Modulation of microtubule cytoskeleton involved in cerebral cortex radial glia guided migration, and Negative regulation of stem cell population maintenance. Each is linked with TCEAL6 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TCEAL6-to-partner and partner-to-TCEAL6 results are reported.
