TCEAL5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TCEAL5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,418 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TCEAL5-associated genes across cancer lineages are DYNLL2, BEX2, and ELAVL4. Each is linked with TCEAL5 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TCEAL5-to-partner and partner-to-TCEAL5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TCEAL5→partner) and Y-score (partner→TCEAL5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
