TCEAL4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TCEAL4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,663 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TCEAL4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HNRNPH2, TCEAL1, and MAP1A. Each is linked with TCEAL4 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TCEAL4-to-partner and partner-to-TCEAL4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TCEAL4 versus HNRNPH2 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TCEAL4→partner) and Y-score (partner→TCEAL4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
