TCEAL4

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TCEAL4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,868 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TCEAL4-associated genes across cancer lineages are TCEAL1, RRAGB, and GPRASP2. Each is linked with TCEAL4 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TCEAL4-to-partner and partner-to-TCEAL4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TCEAL4 versus TCEAL1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.71.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TCEAL4→partner) and Y-score (partner→TCEAL4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
