TCEAL4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TCEAL4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,192 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TCEAL4-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR188, DYNLT3P2, and MTATP6P20. Each is linked with TCEAL4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TCEAL4-to-partner and partner-to-TCEAL4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR188 grouped by TCEAL4-low versus TCEAL4-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TCEAL4→partner) and Y-score (partner→TCEAL4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
