TCEAL3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TCEAL3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,886 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TCEAL3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TCEAL1, TCEAL3_S65, and MTHFD1L. Each is linked with TCEAL3 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TCEAL3-to-partner and partner-to-TCEAL3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TCEAL3→partner) and Y-score (partner→TCEAL3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
