TCEA3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TCEA3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,254 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TCEA3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TCEA3_S115, TCEA3_S164, and CMBL. Each is linked with TCEA3 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TCEA3-to-partner and partner-to-TCEA3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TCEA3→partner) and Y-score (partner→TCEA3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
