TCEA2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TCEA2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,269 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TCEA2-associated genes across cancer lineages are IFT52, FAM110B, and MAPT. Each is linked with TCEA2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TCEA2-to-partner and partner-to-TCEA2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TCEA2 versus IFT52 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.50.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TCEA2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TCEA2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
