TCEA2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TCEA2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 855 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TCEA2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SYPL1P1, LINC00905, and H2AZ1. Each is linked with TCEA2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TCEA2-to-partner and partner-to-TCEA2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SYPL1P1 grouped by TCEA2-low versus TCEA2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TCEA2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TCEA2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
