Cross-omicsMUTATION → IMMUNEPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TCEA2 mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 7 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TCEA2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CD8+ T-cells, GMP, and Neutrophils. Each is linked with TCEA2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TCEA2-to-partner and partner-to-TCEA2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CD8+ T-cells grouped by TCEA2-low versus TCEA2-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TCEA2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TCEA2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
