TCEA1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TCEA1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,938 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TCEA1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are YTHDF3, ARHGAP30, and NOL10. Each is linked with TCEA1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TCEA1-to-partner and partner-to-TCEA1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TCEA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TCEA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
