TCAM1P

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TCAM1P RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,057 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TCAM1P-associated genes across cancer lineages are SMC1B, C19orf57, and RIBC2. Each is linked with TCAM1P in more than 21 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TCAM1P-to-partner and partner-to-TCAM1P results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TCAM1P versus SMC1B in CESC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.81.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TCAM1P→partner) and Y-score (partner→TCAM1P) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
