TCAIM

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TCAIM RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,961 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TCAIM-associated proteins across cancer lineages are KIAA1143, TOP2B, and TBC1D5. Each is linked with TCAIM in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TCAIM-to-partner and partner-to-TCAIM results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TCAIM versus KIAA1143 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TCAIM→partner) and Y-score (partner→TCAIM) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
