Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TCAIM mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,723 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TCAIM-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP86, MIR3616, and COPRS. Each is linked with TCAIM in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TCAIM-to-partner and partner-to-TCAIM results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP86 grouped by TCAIM-low versus TCAIM-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TCAIM→partner) and Y-score (partner→TCAIM) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
