TCAIM

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TCAIM mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 22 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TCAIM-associated genes across cancer lineages are p62 Lck ligand, ASNS, and 4E-BP1. Each is linked with TCAIM in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TCAIM-to-partner and partner-to-TCAIM results are reported.
