Across TCGA cell cohorts, TCAIM RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,932 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TCAIM-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Chemokine (C-C motif) ligand 21 signaling pathway, Positive regulation of anoikis, and Establishment of protein localization to postsynaptic membrane. Each is linked with TCAIM in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TCAIM-to-partner and partner-to-TCAIM results are reported.
