Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, TCAIM mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TCAIM-associated genes across cancer lineages are GUCA2A, HCN4, and DRD3. Each is linked with TCAIM in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TCAIM-to-partner and partner-to-TCAIM results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GUCA2A grouped by TCAIM-low versus TCAIM-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TCAIM→partner) and Y-score (partner→TCAIM) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
