TCAF2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TCAF2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,053 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TCAF2-associated genes across cancer lineages are NDRG1, VDR, and PIKFYVE. Each is linked with TCAF2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TCAF2-to-partner and partner-to-TCAF2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TCAF2 versus NDRG1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TCAF2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TCAF2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
