TCAF2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TCAF2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 17 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TCAF2-associated genes across cancer lineages are GAPDH, JNK_pT183_Y185, and Ku80. Each is linked with TCAF2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TCAF2-to-partner and partner-to-TCAF2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GAPDH grouped by TCAF2-low versus TCAF2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TCAF2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TCAF2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
