Across TCGA cell cohorts, TCAF2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,108 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TCAF2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of monoatomic anion transmembrane transport, Maintenance of protein localization in organelle, and Maintenance of protein location. Each is linked with TCAF2 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TCAF2-to-partner and partner-to-TCAF2 results are reported.
