TCAF2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TCAF2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1 significant associations in total. OVARY shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TCAF2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ODF4. Each is linked with TCAF2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TCAF2-to-partner and partner-to-TCAF2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ODF4 grouped by TCAF2-low versus TCAF2-high in OVARY.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TCAF2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TCAF2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
