Across TCGA patient cohorts, TCAF1P1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,678 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TCAF1P1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TCAF1, SSBP1, and FKBP11. Each is linked with TCAF1P1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TCAF1P1-to-partner and partner-to-TCAF1P1 results are reported.
