Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TCAF1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated TCAF1 data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher TCAF1 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TCAF1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
COAD and LUSC are the cancer types where TCAF1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
