Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TC2N Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated TC2N data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD), where higher TC2N Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TC2N expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
STAD, LUSC, and BLCA are the cancer types where TC2N Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
