Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TC2N protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,950 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TC2N-associated genes across cancer lineages are ST6GALNAC1, CATSPERB, and SPDEF. Each is linked with TC2N in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TC2N-to-partner and partner-to-TC2N results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TC2N versus ST6GALNAC1 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TC2N→partner) and Y-score (partner→TC2N) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
