TC2N

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TC2N protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,447 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TC2N-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ELAPOR1, HID1, and SGSM3. Each is linked with TC2N in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TC2N-to-partner and partner-to-TC2N results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TC2N versus ELAPOR1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.

protein abundance associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TC2N→partner) and Y-score (partner→TC2N) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
