TC2N

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TC2N mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 34 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TC2N-associated genes across cancer lineages are MEK1, ASNS, and EGFR. Each is linked with TC2N in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TC2N-to-partner and partner-to-TC2N results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MEK1 grouped by TC2N-low versus TC2N-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TC2N→partner) and Y-score (partner→TC2N) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
